At Payet, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
